I'm sure it's not as easy as this video makes it seem but it's still scary.

it's 110% possible. The 'spy' needs access to your phone though to install software on it. For now. As our cell phones get more and more integrated to the net that risk will go up.

If the cell phone is blue tooth enabled you can down load the software from the INTERNET to not only listen to phone calls read text messages see pictures and make phone calls from someone else's phone I know I have it on my computer
