How Many Of You Post In The Lounge To Get The +Rep

I was just wondering how many of you which i know there are a few of you that post here in the lounge area knowing it wont ad to your post count just to get the +rep points from people....... i know i am guilty of it, as soon as i get a good joke in the email i do a search on pafoa and if it doesnt come back with any results it goes into the lounge. it hasnt gotten me anywhere :-) i still only have a 17 rep, when i rep people it is like what a waste im giving them 17 points :-P

guess i will be posting alot more jokes ;-)

It is much easier to just contribute good stuff in the "real" forums.

And giving people +17, +1, or +100 is not only not a waste of time, it let's them know they have contibuted something you thought was valuable.....

Most of my posts are here and in the politics/law section because I really don't know much about - nor do I have much experience with - guns (at least relative to most people here); but I do like to read what other people have to say about the various issues that arise.

When I see a thread that is not in the Joke thread, I always wonder if the OP thinks it was not funny enough...

Jokes got me many reps.

ditto...I like to shoot and reload, but getting technical is not my things..at least not with guns.

The funny stuff happens in here. I also like the motivational poster thread. I like the rep sure, but the sense of humor is awesome. Also people know A LOT more about guns than I do, so I can't post much good info, I tend to read more than I post.

I have actually accumulated almost none of my rep in the lounge, less than 5 points. I do like to hang out in the lounge and just talk with people and see what their interests are and kick back. I guess I'm one of the more "technical" posters. Either way, I never post for rep (although it is appreciated); I post because I liek to share information with other people and help in any way that I can.
