Default Any Public/Walk-in MONTCO area Rifle ranges?

I know this is a tall order but...where in the MONTCO area, surrounding counties are OK can I shoot rifle without a membership, no strings attached, I will likely only go a couple of times and then I will be out of the area for a while.

A related question that I will also ask elsewhere, remind me, loaning a handgun to a 19yr old at the range ok or not ok?

    Wicens in Bucks. http://www.wicenshootingrange.com/

Some folks are quite unhappy that they instituted a (Correction: $10 for the first each additional is $5) one-time qualification fee for EACH range type (pistol, rifle, shotgun) after a long range over the berm incident a while back.

If you do a search on PAFOA you'll find a bunch of discussion.

ETA: FWIW, I haven't been there myself yet.

Was closed for renovations, but I think is now open.

50/100 yards, Rifle only. Search here and check the Regs carefully (3 rounds Max among others.)
