Hi! Live in Beaver Falls, shoot at Beaver Valley Rifle and Pistol Club and Lawrence County Sportsmens Assn. Into Appleseed shoots, IDPA, and NRA classes (Instructor), pretty much in that order. Also aikido, in case I run out of ammo.

Re: If you've signed up, say hi here.
I'm new here too.
I'm captain of a paintball team, and some of the guys I commiserate with are gun collectors and enthusiasts. I've hunted on and off, and am no stranger to firearms, but I figured now would be a good time to excersize my civil liberties.
Just got my PA CCW, and I'm looking into the best venue for getting a CCW for Ohio. Looks like Utah is the way to go, but not sure about how to get it.
I don't have a W to CC yet, but I'm looking into that as well. Getting some opinions on what is the most practical/affordable.

Hi
Just signed in today. I was born and graduated high school in Ellwood City, Lawrence County. I have resided in Ohio since 1949 but have hunted in Jefferson County, near Sigel all of my adult life, except for 4 years in the army, serving in Korea.
I currently hold conceal carry permits for OH & PA and I'm here to learn.Skip Griffith, Korean War Vet, OH & PA CCW

Thank you for your service to our country and welcome to PAFOA!
You surely remember the good ole days when it wasn't uncommon to see a few hundred deer in a day of hunting. I think we still have home movies of herds of 75 or more walking through the clearings along the gas lines. That was in the area around Owl's Nest, Sackett, Hallton, not too far from Jefferson county.
It just ain't like that any more.
I don't have a short temper, I just have a quick reaction to bullshit.
