Re: Doctors can report some mentally ill patients to FBI under new gun control rule
I really hope that they only check for shit after next month and not back date everything.
"You were depressed in 2012 your mom died and got Xanax....sooooo we'll keep these until you're cleared"

Now im reminded about my job, chances of PTSD are strong, and this just makes the point clear, I'll never talk to anyone about that shit for sure.

Re: Doctors can report some mentally ill patients to FBI under new gun control rule
Yeah, right, Obama.
No later than the next mass shooting, the federal government will advocate and pursue more information on the "mental state" of gun buyers, and this will proceed incrementally until any opponent of federal policies can be deemed "mentally unfit" to own a firearm.
Meanwhile, the bad guys outside the law will still get guns if and when they want them, and the top levels of government, who are arguably the real "whackos" in America, will remain immune to all opprssive laws they direct at Americans. The federal "need" to protect you by destroying your freedom will continue unabated, as there is nothing in what they do that suggests otherwise except their promise behind the big crocodile grins.
This is historical reality.
Abolish all federal gun laws. They are proven not to work for anything but taxes, destroying the Constitution and growing federal bureaucracies.
This is also historical reality.

Re: Doctors can report some mentally ill patients to FBI under new gun control rule
It's the death of a thousand cuts! They can't simply cut off the head of the 2A. So they, simply nick it here and there until it finally bleeds to death. Knowing this is their game plan, allowing it to progress to one more nick, is in itself, suicidal.
The way you keep the camels from entering the tent is simple, you kill the first one that sticks it's nose under the flap. All the others see that and learn from it!
From these two lessons it becomes clear. We need to execute the President for Treason, and the Speaker of the House needs to be right beside him for not doing it sooner! As a matter of fact, if we did what we should do, a man owning stock in a rope manufacturer would do QUITE WELL this year!!!

Wonder how the guns and ammo sales will be this week?

What I would like to know is, how can the president legally make changes to HIPPA law. HIPPA was legislation created and passed by congress.
