One additional question... Is it legal to CC, clown carry; that is to openly carry while in a clown costume?

I think that making fun of innocently asked questions, by some newer board members, is just wrong. There is nothing funny about no knowing about the law, and asking a question. We are here to help. That's what we do. Now with that being said, I myself have been wondering about extra-terrestrial vehicles. I have been all over the past threads and can't find this mentioned once. Not a word devoted to it in the UFA.

Now, if you think about it, sometimes they are on the ground. Sometimes they are in the air. Sometimes you can even drive them underwater, you know, to the undersea bases. How do you classify them? Motor vehicle? Airship? Submarine? Who's regulating these things? Navy? DMV? FAA? I want to make it clear that I do not advocate OCing on a U.F.O., as there is no clear case law. But I can not find a statute. So doesn't that, by default, make it legal? I know that I, for one, don't want to be abducted and subjected to anal probes, without being able to at least bounce a few cor-bons off these little grey bastards' forcefields. I can't count on my well used, tinfoil hat to always be there.

    Just sayin'

I can't believe you overlooked the obvious. Clearly, you're bound by the laws of the state in who's airspace you are hovering. So, in PA, you're good to go....just remember to follow all applicable laws when entering another state's airspace and be sure to observe federal transport laws when just 'passing through'. As long as you don't cross into international waters, same rules apply (whatever state has jurisdiction). Under no circumstance should you go outside our territorial waters, as that would make you subject to U.N. measures, and that's a place you just don't want to be!

Yeah, but... I'm not driving. I can't even tell where we are, due to the fact that these things only hover for like two or three minutes then, zoom, they're off at upwards of five thousand miles a minute. I am usually, or would usually be if this were not hypothetical, in a dark room trying to resist being a medical experiment. I am talking about after I get returned. Do I tell the PSP? Will they lock me up and confiscate my weapons? What if I manage to liberate a photon pistol? Does it get confiscated because it is not in the registry that is not a registry? I am very confused about all this.....

Well, I'm going to be in trouble tomorrow. I promised not to buy any more Nerf guns (One of my many vices) and I think I'm about to head out the door and pick one of these up.

    I hope I don't need a tax stamp

    How about here:

Which states carry laws would you be covered by?

If your OC, you'd be good to go. CC, you'd be in violation of New Mexico's laws since they don't recognize our LTCF.

I'd think it would be pretty easy to "flee" their jurisdiction if they were after ya though!
