AAC AA++ customer service .
About a week a got my aac tirant 45 can in hand .
I was overly worried about the booster and blast area .
AAC took really good care of me and that counts .
I sent them a email about 10ish PM they replied within the hour I was shocked.
They suggested that I send in my can . I did , they kept me well informed the whole way and even gave me a call before they finalized the suppressor .
They re anodized the can on warranty , and tighten the blast area to spec.
As a form 4 holder the last thing I wanted to do was to send in my suppressor .
But they made the entire process so easy and a piece of mind .
I spoke with Paul and Cade and they are great .
They even sent me a thank you card with a free patch which was a surprise .
I've never seen this before from a company and I wanted to share my positive dealing with aac .
Thank you aac for my can and the card you have a life customer .

+1 to that! I had issues with some of their 51T mounts. They outsource their mounts to three different manufacturers. The ones they sent me were warped and wouldn't even take a can. They were quick and very pleasant to deal with when replacing the mounts.

Appreciate the heads up. I'll be doing shopping soon for one and would rather give my business to a company that treats it's customers like that.

I have 1 can form AAC... well, HAD 1 can from them. Ended up with a baffle strike and subsequently destroyed it. That being said they are replacing it for free with a better can since they don't make the model I had anymore, only thing I have to pay is the cost of the tax stamp, that and waiting for both a F3 and F4 to go through... UGH!!! But they are also throwing in 1 - 51t mount for the new can for free, can't complain and remarkably good communications so far too.
I also have 2 SWR can and 1 Silencer co... I do love those cans and thankfully haven't had to deal with their customer service yet.

Cade is great.
They upgraded my Element suppressor to the current generation. Constant communication and great service.
