$250 seems like a great deal! The 22/45 with a threaded barrel is on my short list right now... Congrats!

Cabela's has a return policy on guns? Is that new? I've always been under the impression that there are no returns allowed.

Well took it to the range yesterday. Fail to feed or fail to fire every 3rd round with Aguila brand hollow points. It was crimping the middle of the case or breaking the lead off the tip. Many rounds failed to fire. My friend brought up some CHEAP federal solid point rounds and they had NO ISSUES at all! Amazing. In total I fired about 100rds and will be keeping the gun. I think a lot had to do with the magazines sticking and just needed to have some rounds cycle through them. I also did not like how sloppy the trigger is. I am used to Glock/AR two-stage triggers. After firing the MKIII, I was unable to feel the trigger reset itself after each shot. For $250, over all it's G2G!
