Changes afoot at Liberty Township Sportsmen's Club
Liberty Township Sportsmen's Club is back in the hands of the shooters! The previous board, composed mostly of campers has resigned and has been replaced by a majority of shooters. For years, the campers controlled the club and served their own interests, letting the shooting activities and facilities of the club suffer. The club is poised to return to what it once was: A sportsmen's club with a campground, rather than remain what is has recently become: A campground with a rifle range, skeet and trap courses.
Look for more programs, activities for kids, better communication with members and improvements to the shooting facilities.
If you've never shot there, it's a good place to shoot and not very expensive to belong. Currently $16/year but possibly going up to $20/year.

Re: Changes afoot at Liberty Township Sportsmen's Club
What is / will the policy be regarding F/A shooting here? That's pretty much what will make or break the deal for me... I refuse to belong anywhere that I'm not allowed to responsibly shoot my M10/9. If F/A/ is good to go then let me know, I'm pretty sure it's closer than scotia!
