No response from customer service
I received an email saying my subscription was expiring, so I renewed with Paypal on 12/31. On 1/1 my account was charged again (apparently automatic renewal). I tried contacting the forum by email and got no response. I then tried to email customerservice@pafoa.com. The message was not delivered after 9 attempts. Please help!

Re: No response from customer service
I'm sure Dan will be on in a bit to address your issue... just as that poster with the kitten on it says, "hang in there"

Re: No response from customer service
My apologies for this, I was away on vacation. Additionally however the reason your email failed was because you emailed customerservice@pafoa.com instead of customerservice@pafoa.org
We don't accept email on the .com domain.
I will look into the issue today.Dan P, Founder & President, Pennsylvania Firearm Owners Association

Re: No response from customer service
Paypal is anti-gun so I would send him a check or money order next time. Considering that this is a Second Amendment rights website. Dan does a good job with the checks and money orders but it could take him between a few days to a couple weeks (at worst), so send in your renewals early.
