I'll be going but not until Sunday (Saturday is last day of deer season [rifle]). I'll probably be there around 10 AM. I'll be wearing a blue baseball cap with the Air Force logo (new one) that says US Air Force Retired. Don't "need" anything, "want" everything. Probably look at ammo and maybe Ruger Single Actions (to see what they are going for). Thought about parting with my TC G2 in 7-30 Waters w/14" bbl (all stainless steel) to afford something new, don't know yet.

I'm pretty sure this one is going to be in the newer building.
The one with air conditioning, where they should have had the last one a few months ago when the heat was almost unbearable, but there was a quilt show or something going on there so we were stuck with the old building.

One more thing that you can expect to see there is a place to join or renew your NRA membership. You usually get free admission to the show if you join or renew there.
Good timing, my membership is up for renewal this month anyhow.

A buddy of mine just got his LTCF, so I'm gonna accompany him to this show. Doubt I'll buy anything, maybe some ammo.

He's looking for the new Walther PPS. What do youguys think are the odds he'll find one there? They seem pretty scarce at the moment...

IMHO end of the year shows are where you find things cause folks are in a rush to reel in $$$ before the years end. More than likely priced to move.

IE: I wont/cant give many details BUT guy I usually run to shows with got a RObinson M96 with 2 barrels(one recon, one expidition length, optic rail all for $700 saturday at Niles..... it might be mine soon .

I'm selling a bunch of crap BUT the only things Im going for are some reloading components and some odds/ends.

All the guns I've wanted are on layaway right now

Depending on the wife's demeanor I hope to leave with a nice SKS. We'll see if lunch at ABC can sway her attitude.

Appalachian Brewing Company--Fantastic locally brewed libations and great food to boot. It's in a cool historic building too. It's just down the street (maybe a mile or two) from the Farm Show Complex on Cameron St. Google it if you're interested--I highly recommend it, but then again I think I might like beer even more than I like guns!
