FFL in State College/Bellefonte

I am looking for an FFL dealer in the state college/bellefonte area. I usually use J&E Guns - a bunch of good guys to work with. However, my situation is that I am looking to purchase a gun off of a guy in Wy. He is out in the middle of BFE and doesnt have easy access to a FFL. J&E doesnt like to send their FLL info to non-licensed individuals. In fact they, and a couple of other FFL dealers told me that it was illegal for a nonlicensed individual to ship out-of-state to a licensed person. The ATF website says that it is perfectly legal. I know that it is their FFL license and they are more than welcomed to protect it however they want. So what I am looking for is an FFL licensed individual in the area to receive the gun from this guy in Wy and do a firearms transfer. Know of any? Thanks
