Non-incident: Angry worker at PA Wine and Spirits
On my way back from Forks of the Delaware I stopped at a PA spirits shop for some booze. I was serviced by a lady I think I had seen once before. She wouldn't look at me and was clearly angry. Practically threw my change into my hand. She said all the niceties but it was through gritted teeth.
Could have been anything I guess. I know I'm still a youngin', but at 38 I've pretty much figured out when somebody is extremely pissed at me. Unless fat white guys send her into a rage it had to be the sidearm.

Probably because you are going to ruin it for everyone else

Always fun to be "serviced by a lady"
Maybe it wasn't you at all...maybe a previous customer, maybe her boss just chewed her out, maybe husband/boyfriend just dumped her, time of the month , other personal problems...could have been anything. Why would she be so upset that you had a gun?
I could understand nervous or scared, but this sounded like anger

Could be
If I had the booze first, probably a go. She was too close to call

1. You're going to ruin it for everyone.
2. You just want people to think you're a badass.
3. Is .45 really that much better than 9mm?
Take your pick

The last thing I want to do is hurt you... but believe me, it's on the damned list.

Ok...i'm not a drinker...and i dont think i've been into a liquor store since i was a youngun with my Dad....so i never even thought about this until now...and i'm sure this has already been covered many times...
however...
Since the liquor store is a State entity and not a private one, they can NOT kick one out (the way a private business could) for OC...can they?
