Just an FYI. If you are going to post range info here, please list the info as stated in the OP. Barring that, if the place has a website, you can post the link. I am not inclined to track down the necessary info to put the range on this list, if it doesn't even have a website. Just posting a name and a county, is wasting your time. If I at least have a website to go to to get the necessary info, I will do it, but I am not hunting all over the internet to find an address and phone number, that is your job
 That being said, list has been updated, keep them coming- your posts help everyone

BTW the Izaak Walton's in Venango Pistol range is completed, the website is just old, I am working on getting permission to fix that too, LOL

I can think of 3 here in Franklin County off hand. One in Michaux state forset, Shooters Delight and the Rod and Gun Club out behing Bob Evans.
