#1 You didn't need a license to OC.
#2 Legally they can't do anything.
#3 Assume and be prepared that they will give you shit. No one here can speak for any PD and/or a rouge officer. But you should always be prepared it case it does.

I haven't had any problems so far. But, I CC and OC a Kahr in an IWB holster. It's not overly obvious. The few times I OCed my Sig I wasn't hassled. Do you know Mr. Fired Up?

Know your rights and what you can and can't do in PA, in regards to police detaining you, voice recorders, etc. For instance, OC on foot, you do not need to provide any form of ID to the police- neither your driver's lisc or LTCF. Look around this site and you will find what you need to know. You could also hook up with experience OCers from here and hang out.

The truth is that most times no one even notices the OC. For a fact I do know that should anyone wish to OC in southern York county, the SRPD does know about open carry being legal. They can't claim they didn't know or didn't get their mandatory updates.
    LOL, I am a woman...
