Well isn't that interesting, it appears to have been deleted. It was a police officer escorting a gentleman from a city council meeting. The old man is fully cooperating and as soon as they start to leave the room the cop slams him to the ground and proceeds to start smashing his face. It was nice.

This is a shorter clip that what I saw at first, this man and another were in a heated argument over city business and this gentleman was told to leave. He stood up, packed up his papers and his camera and walked out. Sure he moved slow, the guy is OLD..

I also like how the other two cops are trying to get him to stop..

Good news is the felony charge was dropped so he only served one night in jail. I really hope he sues the police force.

It is hard to surmise what was said to the officer, but I can't imainge anything that would warrant that kind of beating. Would be nice to have more information though....

Is there anything that can be spoken that allows for a cop to beat a person? At this point the guy commited no crime and was cooperating. He did say something but continued to move.

I'm tired of seeing this sort of stuff. I saw one the other day of a cop pepper spraying a Mcdonalds worker because he said she gave him the wrong change. Some of these guys are out of control.

anyone here at the end "did you trip and fall?" lol

I saw that on national news right around the time of that kid that video taped his traffic stop when the cop went ape shit on him. Seems like a very common thing going on now adays.

I heard it, I get the feeling people on the concil don't like him much.

These videos are a fantastic idea, hearing the people there it would be the guys word against the cop and you know how that ends. I know how it goes here in trafic court, guilty or not if the cop shows up you lose.

I agree with this. But it it is just always interesting to get the full story. Even though it doesn't make it okay what the cop did, it just fills in some things. I know there is always 2 sides to every story and I like to know them both, that is all...
