No Firearms Rule Posted at Local Park - Advice

The local park posts a list of rules and regs, including "no weapons". I took a look on this site and from what I gathered its not legal for them to make these sort of regulations. I want to address this with my local borough, but not sure the best avenue. I did read some other posts on this topic and someone had mentioned a form letter they found on here to use, but I couldn't find it. Is there one? I've not written a letter like this - any advice on what I should write if there is not a form letter on here? Thanks!

Yeah, they probably only mean big, "scary" knives, and shurikens - not "guns".

phrank, there are several members who have taken on local municipalities, and had those unlawful rules reversed. Be patient... someone will be along shortly to help.
