Is 9am agreeable by everyone to get an early start and more 'private' public range time?

Shall we hold the 9th as a 'rain date' should the 8th be wet?

I'll be there, 9am sat morning is perfect for me.

I'm pretty sure you can reserve the range for group shoots. I saw it on the website.

"Groups may reserve ranges from January 1 through October 1 by calling the region office at least 20 days in advance. The range is closed to individuals when it is reserved, and signs may be posted at other times indicating a closed range. "

I am going to try and accomplish this by calling today, although we are within the 20 day period

I called, but they did not return my call, since it is 14 days away from tomorrow I will not press the reserving the range option.


I also understand the 9th is Mother's day and probably NOT a good rain reschedule day, I was mistaken and thought the 2nd was Mother's Day.

So lets hope the 8th is decent enough to hang a bit of targets....

After the first week of June i will be able to do saturday mornings(tball games) but until then I can only do saturday afternoons and sundays. Let me know if you guys do any at those times.

Who all do we have for saturday that are for sure showing up?. Myself and ?. only a few days left.

I'll be there to shoot my 30-27=3 round rifle magazines and 6 shot pistols.

Thats ok I am so rusty no need for me to have any more in there right now. LOL.

Cant wait to meet some locals, been working on a house for two months and feel like a hermit.

I hunted last Sat up on the Broad....Heard two other hunters calling, saw nothing, heard no birds, then it got hot and buggy, so I carried by bow and just took a walk on the trails (I was hiking at that point to just enjoy outside not stalking which is a no no)
