    ...besides, doesn't it seem silly that he is focusing on the weapons in the area and not the fact that the server of alcohol (him) is the one responsible in determining who has had too much to drink and is cut off. Or does that kind of dispensing go against the capitalistic urge to sell as much booze as possible per capita without any responsibility? I thought 'reasonable' limits were placed for such reasons.

    Can the resturant/server be charged if a cc'er is served? Before you could serve a cc'er because you didn't know and you were not breaking any laws.
