Streamlight stands behind their product.
I am happy to say that I am very impressed with the recent customer service I received from Streamlight. My TLR-2 laser was not projecting as crisp a dot as it used to and I figured there was powder build up on the laser. After swabbing it with a camera swab and getting no result I posted my situation here. I was told by Aubie515 to contact Streamlight and they will take care of it. I called Thursday and was sent a pre paid adress label which came today. All I have to do is drop it at the post office and they will have it back to me in less than two weeks. I am impressed especially since I didnt register it or have a receipt. They do claim a lifetime warranty and Im glad to see that they seem to mean it.

Re: Streamlight stands behind their product.
I too had a great experience with them! Have a streamlight starion bulb flashlight and the business end glass cracked. I emailed streamlight and they sent me a new end cap, didnt even want the cracked one back! They didnt hassle me for the original upc, reciept, etc.
I will always buy streamlight products! Great that they are from PA too.

they are located 15 mins. from the Lansdale Exit of the NE Ex..
I too had great customer service from them. I have a pair of the lite boxes for over ten years which were about $125 per unit. They stoped taking a charge (to be expected) so I took the units in. They cleaned them up and put new batteries in for $25 per and the tech threw in a LED Stylus pen light.
Outstanding in my book.

Re: Streamlight stands behind their product.
I bought a picatinny rail adapter for my beretta 92fs and its made of a plastic. Now it has a crack where it mounts to the trigger guard. I assume its caused by over tightening and recoil. I know they have a lifetime warranty but I don't know if it applies to this. I wanted to send them an email about it but since they gave me fantastic customer support for my strion ill live with the crack and wait till it breaks off. I have a TLR-1 LED mounted to it.
I think when it breaks ill just buy a new one from them.
Good customer service goes a LONG way!Last edited by em2b96p; April 15th, 2010 at 11:22 PM. Reason: added info
