    Would that mean we should consider it to be a "level II D" vest?

    I would think SAPI Pads would be more appropriate, given that it is not the outer shell, merely the inserts.

    I could lead the movement to make sure most women are protected in this manner. I would also like to be the quality inspector.

    I'll join the team. We can market by bringing along the implants and marketing them as SAPI pads. they come in levels IIa, b, c, d, e, and f! ROTFL
