Well, if particular person is stupid enough to drive drunk, what would stop him from misusing his firearm? Common sense? Reason? Yeah, right.

Call me silly, but I don't see what's wrong with it. It's not like the rights of law abiding people were violated. Drunk driving is crime. More than 1 DUI (as proposed) makes the person a repeat offender. Not to mention, after the second episode of 3rd level DUI (and third episode of any level DUI) person will need to write "yes" on 11c on AFT 4473 form and not likely to buy a gun anyway.

Yes, certain williams's presumptions are definitely moronic (like the one with semi autos), but the whole idea behind it is not really that wrong.

And Williams is a proponent of local gun regulation. That's something the PA Supreme Court and state legislature got rid of decades ago due to onerous burdens on one's rights.
