License to Carry Firearms Application:
I cant find it online yet but will update
The procedure for aquiring a License To Carry:
Fill out form and pay fee in the Revenue Office Rm 302.
You then bring the form to the Sheriff's Office downstairs.
They take your picture and paperwork and must approve or deny application within 45 days.

Archiver provides good info, and here is a little more.
LTCF costs New or renew $35 as of Nov 2006
The form is at this link. It is nice to have that to fill out at home before you get there.

Or you can go http://www.northamptoncounty.org/nor...te/default.asp and click on forms and applications. The LTCF is listed as a “Concealed Weapons Permit (License to Carry Firearms)”
You have to hand carry the forms in and pay in person.
Your references do not have to be Northampton Co residents.
Then they send the License in the mail.
I just received mine, it took 15 days and it's in my hand.
The new license is laminated and looks like they use the same type of machine that makes a drivers license.
