    I appreciate the advice. If I cant get it worked out Ill shoot you a message and take you up on that offer. An hour drive is a small price to pay to not waste ammo! I assure your prob out towards the French creek area? Thats where I took it the first day. Im in the process of becoming a member at the Delco Field and Stream. Its only a mile from my house.

    fwiw...this is how i zero red dots on ARs...

    my irons are already zeroed at 50 yards.

    i put the optic on, pop up the BUIS, then sight through the irons as if i were going to shoot with them.

    i adjust the dot until it sits right on top of the front post in the middle of the ghost ring. then i put the BUIS back down.

    then i'm done...other than going to the range and shooting it to confirm.
