Re: Allowed/Banned List?
no guns are banned outright by model or characteristic in PA, even NFA items, provided said NFA weapons are properly posessed under the NFA Act of 34 (Federal )
however, the guns you list may not be owned/posessed by pure civilians anywhere in the USA due to the fact that they are post 86 machineguns, and post 68 imports.
The Volkmer/McClure "Gun Owners Protection Act" banned further manufacture or conversion of machineguns for civilians in 1986.
Further, the importation of foreign made machine guns was banned by the Gun Contol Act of 1968, so the 86 law hardly even matters.
These guns mentioned are restricted to LE/Govt/Military use and to NFA dealers for sales samples.

Re: Allowed/Banned List?
Huh?
All title 1 firearms are legal in PA that are not otherwise prohibited by FED law.
NFA registered weapons are legal provided they are properly/legally registered. Including machine guns, destructive devices and suppressrs.

Re: Allowed/Banned List?
Ahh. Nope, not stupid question. Just unclear what you meant.
I and apparently the others assumed you meant if there were specific models that were banned.
As you can see by the answers there are not any.
What is legal by Fed law is legal in PA.
Again, providing proper registration in regards to NFA weapons (but not Title 1 firearms)

Well it does in a sence due to machine gun amnesty back in 84. if I am correct When they offered the amnesty, it did not matter where the gun came from, as long as you paid your $200 tax stamp the gun was now legal.
please correct me if I am wrong.

Re: Allowed/Banned List?
there was no amnesty in 1984, but there was one in 1968....which was for 90 days, but only was done for about 30 actual days...but true, the amnesty meant that they didn't care about the provenance of the gun, it was legal to register it.
however, I think you are confused with the fact that it was legal to CONVERT semiautos or manufacture MGs after 1968 to 1986, when congress made it illegal to convert or manufacture any further MGs for civilian use.
during the interval between 1968 and 86, a LOT of semiautos, such as AKs, uzis, HKs and other such imported guns were converted by many manufacturers, thats the majority of foreign made donor semis turned into machineguns in the country.
plenty of others were made from parts kits and such during the same period.
I myself have a Uzi, that was converted in the 80s from a semi to a full auto.
there was a further limited amnesty in the 90s for 3 models of shotguns that were declared destructive devices, but thats all, nothing else.
I suggest folks have a good read of the NFA FAQ by James Bardwell, if they'd like to know more about NFA.
