they don't give you instruction when you bought it in the first place ? It is pretty easy.

For the Omega X rails, you'll need to remove the factory barrel nut and replace it with DD's barrel nut. This is where the DD wrench comes in to play.
Other than than, you can do it with a punch set, hammer and armorer's tool.
Add a Brownell's FSB block, torque wrench, breaker bar, vise and upper receiver vise block to do it right.
If you're only going to do one rifle, I'd take it to a gunsmith.
