i just got off the phone with someone from PGC Northcentral Regional office in Jersey Shore, and he said that burn will continue throughout today for the first part(of 3 total), but unless otherwise, range should be open both saturday and sunday.
He did say that you may want to take the road in from Gatesburg way rather then Grayswood direction, however.

This may be a good thing, since CDT did states in article that the PGC will close State Game Land 176, there may not be as many college punks showing up this weekend...

I was just at Scotia and it was open, so since the burn was already done it shouldn't affect you at all tomorrow.
