    Default Can I switch from CC to OC and back very 5 seconds?

    This is legal, right? What says I have to continue in the mode I started out in when I left my house? And if it's legal, I don't have to worry about my CCW being flashed visibly from the wind, etc every now and then.

    AFAIK, you have a LTCF, you can carry any way you want.

    Basically with the LTCF or reciprocated out-of-state license you can overtly or inadvertently switch between OC/CC as much as you wish EXCEPT:

    1. in state parks;
    2. on an ATV/snowmobile; [recanted per post #20]
    3. Commonwealth property within the jurisdiction of The Department of Environmental Resources, Pennsylvania Game Commission and Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission wherever their regulations would otherwise prohibit firearms.

    All of the above exceptions require CC ONLY .

    Just remember, the more you change your mode of carry, the more you expose yourself and others to the risk of ND. The safest gun is one which remains in its holster!!!!!

    You can pick up the sides of your coat and beat it back and forth like a bird taking off if you wanted to.

    As I remember someone writing this before "You can duct tape it to your head if you want".
    After WW3, only roaches will survive, and they will live in steel AK mags.

    Can you cite #2 please? I have never heard OC is illegal on an ATV. If it is true it makes no fucking sense. If you can OC on a motorcycle you should be able to OC on a fucking dirtbike.

    Question- Does that mean you can't OC on State Game Lands?

    ...how does tucking a shirt behind a holster or pulling a shirt over one create the risk of a ND? I'm as safety nazi as the next guy but I'm not seeing this one.
