Default LCB Agent carrying a Colt .380

I was at our club the other day when a female LCB Agent came in searching records behind the bar. She had a vest on and it was opened. Tucked in front of her was a Colt Gov't .380 blued cocked and locked. Are these issued to the LCB or was that her personal weapon?

I highly doubt it was an issued weapon, most likely it is personal. The trend these days is for .40 cal everything. Even backwards ass Philadelphia Police now allow officers to carry Glocks in other calibers then the issued 9mm.

Frankly, who cares what those anachronistic "revenuers" carry or do. The LCB never should have existed and is an authoritarian organization. We really do not need armed "cocktail cops" in this Commonwealth.

I would find it incredible if any government group issued a .380.
If the agent is doing work important enough to be armed, who would arm their agent with a .380? The agent themself carrying it as a second backup gun? That I would believe.

Since the LCB cops are part of the PSP, and receive similar training, I would think they are issued the same guns, Glock Model 37, as regular PSP troopers...but I don't know this for a fact.
