Just bought a USED Aimpoint.
I just bought a used Aimpoint CompM2. The adjustment knob was broken off, but I can turn it on/off with a flathead screw driver.
Anyone know if Aimpoint will fix this?
It is not under warranty due to nontransferable warranty policy. Any idea of how much its going to cost?
Picture of the broken knob from the seller:
I have my own pictures, but my camera needs to be charged. Clearer pictures can be taken.

Re: Just bought a USED Aimpoint.
Dude, just call Aimpoint. Unless someone works for them, no one is going to be able to tell you their warranty policy. Call them and get the info directly from the company.

Re: Just bought a USED Aimpoint.
According to Aimpoints website, they do not honor warranty if the sight has been transfered.
However, I did call Aimpoint today with a very pleasant surpise. I contacted John Enloe as directed by some memebers of AR15.com and he said to send it into Aimpoint and he will take care of it.
So Aimpoint has excellent customer service!

Re: Just bought a USED Aimpoint.
I'm considering an Aimpoint M2 for my AR so it's good to know they stand behind their products.
