Not at all, unless we feel the post is intended as trolling, which is against the rules.
Edit: Another case of when infractions may be issues is if when asked to get back on topic, posters continue their behavior or derail the thread more by complaining about being told to get the thread back on topic.Last edited by danp; April 6th, 2010 at 09:41 AM.

clearly not, nobody even implied what you inferred from the post.
as Dan said, if people directly try to derail a topic(or whatever behavior prompted the warning to stop), and are told to stop the behavior by a staff member, and they dont stop.. then infractions will be issued."Oderint Dum Metuant" - BMFH
