Re: Reeser's Gunshop and gunsmithing
Only open a few days a week, generally have high prices, small shop, not much selection.
The guys working there seem to be pretty cool although I haven't spent much time there.

Pretty chill place. I'll agree with the fact that they don't have much selection though. They don't act very nice to you when you're young though. The first time I went there, I was asking about getting an AR15 and my 17HMR. I got treated kinda mean cause I was young but when I came back the next week with cash in hand, their attitude changed dramatically :P lol That was when I was 19 though. They may have changed since then..... hope this helps.

Re: Reeser's Gunshop and gunsmithing
Heck, I'd just go an extra few miles to Hit or Miss in Halifax. Lowest prices on guns I've found, slim selection though, but he can order most things.
I went there as an 18 year old asking about an AR15, and with in 2 weeks I was walking out the door with the brand and model I told him I wanted. And it cost me 300 dollars less then the store I usually buy my guns from (Trops in E-town). He is a really nice guy.

It's probably about another 20 minutes at least from Reeser's. I've never been there but I know where it is.
If you don't mind even more drive, check out Kell Brothers in Elizabethville. They have a small selection and prices are pretty good too. I bought a rifle and pistol from them when I was working in that area.

Resser's is an authorized Browning Service Center. You can find them on the Browning website. Jake Reeser is quite a gunsmith...

Re: Reeser's Gunshop and gunsmithing
They do alot of wholesaling to other gunshops so his prices should be decent. I miss Hawks that was my favorite. I haven't made it to Books in Blain but I hear good things.
