Re: Dick's Sporting
As bad as that is, it doesn't beat Reddings Hardware in Gettysburg; your basic WASR is priced at $800...and a converted Saiga UF is selling for $1200 because "It is rare; all original parts."
As much as I like the guys up at Reddings, their prices are too extreme for me to patronize the store anymore. They price-gouged with the best, and didn't get the memo that the scare is over.Oath Keeper, MMIX - Ad Infinitum

Re: Dick's Sporting
When did the York store start carrying handgun ammo again? They used to carry it but I stopped by last summer when I couldn't find any 9mm anywhere and they didn't have a single box of handgun ammo, they didn't have any empty spaces on the shelves or price tags for it either, and they never advertise it in their sale flyers anymore. The Hanover store always has a bunch of 9mm and .40 but that's probably because their prices are pretty high.

I was in Langhorne Dick's on Saturday...and was pleasantly surprised to see several boxes of Federal American Eagle 9mm ($15)...for less than the German/Swiss stuff at Walmart! They didnt have much of any other caliber tho...just any shelf space.

Re: Dick's Sporting
I was just at the one in St. Augustine in early February. In fact, it was when the Daytona 500 was on....they did have a huge selection of guns, but I think the entire store was a Gander Mountain Outlet. I looked a bit, but didn't really see much in the way of great pricing, just pretty much of the same at the Gander here at home.....
