Valley Forge Gun Show SUCKED 3-13-10
No reason wasting your 10 bucks to get in the door. The show was on 2 floors years ago and the promotor combined it into 1 to save money. The isles are so small that it is impossible for people to even sqweeze by. I spent 2 hours there only to get pushed, bumped, and stepped on by well meaning people just trying to move around. I finally left with only seeing 1/3 rd of the show.It was just a waste of time.DO NOT GO/ SAVE YOUR MONEY
Not a gun shop per say,but certainly alot of stuff is bought there.

I have never liked the VF show as well, but plenty of folks do. I perfer the show in Harrisburg, but some dislike the Harrisburg show.
My friend was at VF show last night and he bought an FN FsN for a decent price. Just like with everything, there are deals to be found, but for the most part gunshows seem to offer higher prices compared to the internet.

i really don't like being packed in like sardines but the valley forge show has always been that way for years. it's tolerable if there's a good selection of guns to look at and all i go for is to look because you get a lot of neat stuff all in one place.

It was only worth it because the Insta Mold hearing protector Guy was there. I needed a new set. The aisles were packed. I saw about a half dozen PAFOA shirt wearers. 1 was OC. Spoke to him briefly at the insta mold table.

Hey, I was there and it was GREAT! Lots of stuff to see and deals all over the place. Yes it WAS crowded. I heard something over 9,000 people in three days. I guess you can't have everything.

I expect that they meet FIRE CODE with the number of people in the building. I expect that they either open up the 2nd floor or throw out the jerky, jewlery, and t-shirt people ( It is a gun show) to allow the gun people to get to the tables and not constantly get bumped or pushed along with the crowd. I hate to cut their profit, but I want to remain safe too.
This week I will go to Baltimore at one of the largest shows on the East Coast. It sometimes takes longer than a day to appreciate all that is there. One nice thing is they have about eight feet wide isles so you can see it without someone breathing down your neck. It only costs $10 to get in too.

I don't see the problem with the show being packed. If I wouldn't go to a gun show that will be packed I'd never be able to go to a gun show. I've always like the VF show.
