That's what I've heard too~~I have a Beretta Tomcat I just may take out of retirement...Silvertips & ball area all I've shot through it.

A great site to find the best price of ammo on the internet is gun-deals.com. Just pick the caliber you want and it'll spit out a list sorted by price per round from least expensive to most expensive, along with links to buy the ammo.

EDIT: If you type in your zip code, it will also give the prices per round including shipping.
