    Default NYPD told to arrest innocent people to make quota

    I'm sure no one is surprised by this. It happens in every city and state around the country. At least one NYPD cop had the balls to stand up for the average citizen and rat out these snakes. At least this cop takes his oath seriously.

    Still, It makes me want to avoid NYC even more now knowing that arresting innocents is the official policy of New York's government.
