Re: moving guns to PA
Technically, you dont need to get a new LTCF from whatever county you moved to. Your present LTCF is valid until revoked or expires. You are what is licensed, not the address on the license. There is no "non-resident LTCF", it is just that non-residents have (1) extra criteria for eligibility(having their home state carry license if that state has a license/permit). A LTCF is a LTCF...
You will however, have to renew at the sheriff of the county you reside when the time comes. There is no need to have the address changed on the existing license. Some sheriffs do have a method to do address changes without revocation, but if your issuing sheriff is different from the new sheriff of residence - that could open a can of worms that doesn't need to be opened.
You have either 10 or 15 days to get a PA drivers license and to register your vehicles. Then another 10 days to get your vehicles inspected after registration.RIP: SFN, 1861, twoeggsup, Lambo, jamesjo, JayBell, 32 Magnum, Pro2A, mrwildroot, dregan, Frenchy, Fragger, ungawa, Mtn Jack, Grapeshot, R.W.J., PennsyPlinker, Statkowski, Deanimator, roland, aubie515

Re: moving guns to PA
Thanks for the replies. I*m pretty stoked about moving to a free state. Out of curiosity, is there any resistance to getting suppressors in PA? Are there any good stores to visit for first time NFA guys like me? Do you guys use trusts or individuals?
Thanks again.

AFAIK suppressors are a non issue since the requirement for sheriffs to sign off on them was retracted. Others will have to chime in with regard on where and how to purchase.
