CNN Poll / McDonald vs. Chicago
hit the poll at the bottom of the page. This morning it was 52-48. We have tied it up as of right now.

That poll has been asked in such a way that a lot of people won't understand it any may not vote what they mean.

People tend to be positive.
They worded the poll so that the "yes" vote is anti-gun.
"Should the supreme court UPHOLD the gun ban"
If they worded it "Should the supreme court strike down the gun ban" the results would look different.

They're right about one thing. It's not scientific. You can vote as often as you like so let's stuff the ballot box.

No the poll, as should any argument with regard to civil rights, should read.
