Latest Batch From CMP

Anyone send in an order for something from the latest batch of goodies from CMP???

I want to pick up a SG HRA. SG Winnies didn't last a week . I'd love a M1D, but for $1500, I probably wouldn't ever shoot it. A second carbine would be nice at some point.

Hoping I can make it up to the North Store while they have SGs in stock in the next week or two. We'll see.

So what would something like that go for on the open market? Of course it wouldn't have the scope/ mount and such. I was seeing 4-5K for one with all the extras.

Here is one of mine. This is a genuine CMP rifle. I was offered $4800.00 cash for the rifle and turned it down. An M1D without the scope, accessories, papers, box, etc is just another M1 in my opinion.

Yeah atleast. The M1-D SG is tempting. But $1500 plus period correct pieces buys you a whole lotta M1A. I'm thinking of gettting a H&R SG and a SA SG.
I can't justify the extra $200 for the Winnie just for the neat script.

Any definitive word on when the Greek 30-06 ammo is going to be at the North Store? I'm waiting to go based on M1 and ammo availability, and snow of course.

Was planning the same thing myself. I think I heard within a month or two. Once they get garand food back in stock and up for grabs, I'll be going there.

Yea, I heard end of March, which is disappointing because I had requested days off the 2nd week in March and hoped that it would be in. I might still go up for rifles, then back for ammo. I only have 2 cans as it is.

I can't wait to buy some affordable M2 again. I also can't wait to see the hoarders choke on their $200 spam cans.
