    Default Newest unusual toy

The rifle at the top is a Noveske Leonidas; a 12.5" 308.

It was built as a full-auto gun and used as a display model by the dealer that bought (which explains the paint job). When I bought it as a parts set (everything except the stripped lower receiver), it was basically unfired; there wasn't even any carbon in the flash hider.

The parts currently reside on an AR10 SBR-registered lower. the supressor is a YHM. As shown it has a 25 round mag, GG&G BUIS, Aimpoint M2, 1.5-4X scope, and light.

For comparison purposes, the gun below is is an AR-15 SBR with a CMMG 11.5" upper, CASV-EL, Aimpoint M3, Surefire light, and YHM BUIS, FH mount and supressor.

They're both fun to shoot, easy to handle, accurate as all hell, and guns I would grab in an emergency.

I wanna SBR my AR-10 as well..

Fun with the 5.56 so .308 should be ever louder and obnoxious.

    ^ beat me to it.

Those are two really nice rifles! I'm hoping to hear a range report on the .308!

    Gotcha.

Too bad you couldn't replicate the camo onto the lower to match it together.

I might give it a try. The camo finish is kind of soft, though, so I don't know how well it's going to hold up. But since I plan on eventually having it all refinished to match I'll probably try the bowflage or krylon paint tricks to match it first.
