Question concerning Bushmaster Customer Service

I was wondering if anyone has put an order into Bushmaster through their website recently? My concern is that I have not recieved any contact since the initial confirmation email. I am concerned about wait time although everything I ordered was in stock. Thank you ahead of time.

They're really slow to ship. First time I ever ordered from them they screwed up the order and then took something like 2 weeks to fix it.

I put the order in last Thursday 2/18/1010. I am not too concerned about the time, it is just the lack of response. I sent them an email asking for a time frame for the order and they did not respond. I also did try to call and the line was busy. I do not like how they do not credit my account until the order is placed. Does anyone have any experience with Bushmaster? If it is going to be a month I would like to know. Thanks
