the website for the rally tomorrow is http://www.2arally.com/
So, can I assume that the Mossberg is legal? What about the AK?
Just trying to make sure so that no one gets into any legal trouble. Thanks.

No....I don't think so. The date on that link says Apr 27 not Feb 22.

Don't assume anything. Don't take anyone here's word for it. Get direction here and then read the law yourself. When you are comfortable that you understand the law, direct your friend to it and have him understand the law.

"They said it was legal on the internet", is probably not going to get you very far when they put you in the system.

Just wondering about this. You state that this is tomorrow but on the web site it says is saying April 27th. Could you post the full URL for this event tomorrow?

I dont see how Congress, or the Courts there after, justified GFSZA or most other laws. Its been my understanding that it was the Founding Father's intention with the Interstate Commerce Clause to regulate the actual transactions between states at the moment of occurrence, not every function and aspect before and after the fact.

Most of the laws of the US Government are an abomination of the Constitution, and are in violation of it. Article I and a couple amendments clearly outline the scope of laws that can be made.

since no LTCF is needed to open carry in PA* I would assume as long as he is a resident of Pa it still applies, but I am not 100 % sure.

*except in a State of Emergency or City of the first class (Philly) or in a motor vehicle.

He's poop out of luck then if there is a school within 1000ft.

Get him to a Sheriff's office.. LTCF's are cheap and easy like a $5 hooker.
