Re: (probably) stupid OC question...
the website for the rally tomorrow is http://www.2arally.com/
So, can I assume that the Mossberg is legal? What about the AK?
Just trying to make sure so that no one gets into any legal trouble. Thanks.

Don't assume anything. Don't take anyone here's word for it. Get direction here and then read the law yourself. When you are comfortable that you understand the law, direct your friend to it and have him understand the law.
"They said it was legal on the internet", is probably not going to get you very far when they put you in the system.

Re: (probably) stupid OC question...
I dont see how Congress, or the Courts there after, justified GFSZA or most other laws. Its been my understanding that it was the Founding Father's intention with the Interstate Commerce Clause to regulate the actual transactions between states at the moment of occurrence, not every function and aspect before and after the fact.
Most of the laws of the US Government are an abomination of the Constitution, and are in violation of it. Article I and a couple amendments clearly outline the scope of laws that can be made.Last edited by knight0334; February 22nd, 2010 at 12:48 AM.

No, as far as I know, he does not have an LTCF.
Sorry about the link, I just did a quick google to find a link to post. Should have made sure it was the right one--again, sorry,
