I'm confused? Are you saying that Fedearal Law prohibits carrying on College Property?

Forgive my ignorance, is Primary school K-12 and Secondary school is College?

primary and secondary schools are k-12...

IIRC primary is K-5 and secondary is 6-12.

There is NO state or federal law that prohibits carry on college campus'.

The break between primary and secondary varies from district to district. Sometimes the break is at 5th, 6th, 7th or even between 8th and 9th grades(first year of graduating credits).
