Yes, but the response after that can vary greatly

Nothing like a 13 year old stale thread to chat over.

Well, it's all over after 45 years, Lycoming Mall has locked it's doors forever.

The only thing left open is Books a Million and Burlington Coat Factory.

The place has been going downhill over 15 years but Covid basically shot it dead. After Auntie Anne's closed last year, there was nothing left for people to eat or mill about for, so that was that and more stores closed.

It has been bought by a developer that plans to turn it into senior housing and redevelop it with other stores. Plus part of the building will get demolished.

Lycoming Mall gone, Grizzly gone, ToysRUs gone, they're gonna have to change the name of the exit now.

This thread can die now too I guess.

What country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms!

I think Big Lots, Best Buy and Gander Mountain are long gone now too. I'm sure at one point the McDonalds there thought they had a pretty prime location but no more.

Chick Fil A was looking to put in a restaurant around there but plans are on hold for now.

I think the Grizzly building though got taken over by another company that does logistics or something.

Big Lots is still there, or was last time I was by. But yeah, everyone else moved up to the Target strip mall or just left entirely.

Not sure, but I always had the idea that the Lyco mall was mismanaged, more so than unwanted. Literally the only mall for an hour north, west, or east and it couldn't make a go?
