Default Todays range trip pic (M1 Carbine)

It was like being in a sauna today, but I wanted to get to the range to work on some loads for my M4. Had brought along my scoped Ruger 10/22 for my wife Diane to shoot because she can't shoot rifles that much (physical limitations). She did great with the Ruger and agreed to try the M1 Carbine. She did quite well too!

I love to see the spouses or significant others shooting. Mine is certainly not an anti, is up on terms, etc.... but has NO interest in shooting at all.

I love it! Functions 100%, accurate.......shoots great. It looks kind of dainty leaning up against the wall next to my M1 Garand....but definitely a fun rifle.

My wife will go to the range with me, probably 98% of the time. Only time she doesn't go is when she's not feeling up to it, or its too cold.

    Steve,

This looks like the range on 118. Nice carbine.

Yes it is, we go there quite often. I plan on being there somethime this coming weekend too.

The Carbine is nice. the top part of the stock doesn't match the rest of the stock, but I think it gives it a nice look. Fun to shoot too!

Good to go. I used to go there alot, until Harvey's Lake gun club gave me membership after two years on the waiting period. I haven't been to 118 in a while. I might have run into you at one point. I just joined this forum last night. It's nice that there's a forum for the local shooters.
