Poll on your carry history...What came first, the CC or the OC

I think my answer is simply "I carry"... Im impartial to OC or CC - it really doesn't matter to me. There are a few places that I will always go CC (such as the hospital, church, couple others - and others that I simply don't care.

As I got involved with this forum a bit over a year ago, I also received a quick and thorough education form some very good folks that know the rules. Ive never been one to shy away from confrontation, in fact I usually welcome it - so being accosted by an anti in the grocery store/bank/street/etc. doesn't bother me in the least, in fact I see it as an educational opportunity (i.e. keep a supply of flyer's handy).

So, that said - my "first" licensed carry was CC, but that didn't last long I really cant cast a vote here as there isn't an option for "just doesn't matter".

in full disclosure - you spend ANY time with greg, rich, and characters like pennsy & mikey - you too will be an OC fool!

I started off CC, because that's the way it was 'back in the day'...cc, no autos, no barrels under 5" (that was in Scranton)

I carry about 50/50 these days; depends on what I'm wearing.

began CC and will probably continue to CC, nothing wrong in my opinion to those who are willing to OC and have, 2 thumbs up to you, not being sure on how my local community would perceive someone OC'ing, i would just rather not deal with the headaches and hassles OC'ing may present Legal or not.

I started CC in 1990 after I got my first LTCF, which is right after Pa. became a shall issue state. After reading all the threads about open carry, I must say I am somewhat apprehensive about OC. However, when the weather warms up in a couple of months, I will give it a try. I'll let you know how I make out.

Got my LTCF in November of 07 but didnt really carry daily until October of last year. I mainly CC IWB, but have (once accidentally) OC'ed.

I want to start to OC for political and educational purposes but havent found the opporitunity.

It didnt take long for CC to feel natural to the point that I feel naked without my sidearm.

i started out oc before i was 21 continued to oc after i got my ltcf i got sick of the hassle so now i just through my shirt over it. anyone who knows what to look for can obviously see i am carrying but the hassles have reduced. sorry i'm not a good spokesman.

I'm always CC but often have a second with me as OC. LIke many here I do so for political and educational reasons. PA Patriot is to credit for that.

i found out it was legal after joining the forum, and started to OC more and more. my method of carry mainly depends on what i'm wearing. so, naturally, i'm CC most of the winter.

That's exactly how I am. Summer is primarily OC and winter is primarily CC and this forum directly impacted my decision to OC.

I live in florida, so OC is illegal, but I OC when ever I can out of state.

I do (OC) for political, desensitization, 2A rights as well as it being MUCH more comfortable especially with a full size
