    Default 2nd amendment attorny

I've had a cc license for 20 yrs. Would perfer to start oc. Before I step out on the street with my firearm openly exposed I was hoping someone could refer me to an attorney who is knowledgable regarding the 2nd amendment.
Better to be prepared, I always say. Location, North Hunington, Greensburg, Ligonier area. (Westmoreland County) Thanks.

If you are jacked up by the police, the arguments made in court really won't have much to do with the 2nd Amendment, but Pennsylvania law - if you are charged criminally, and Pennsylvania and federal civil rights law if and when you sue the cops who violate you.

Is it me or have there been a lot of new members asking questions like this on the legality of carrying, buying, etc.
I am relatively new to this forum also. But come on read a little people!
I would say 99% of the answers they are looking for have already been addressed.

Something just dont feel right about some of these posts.

Reply to Ironhorse. Perhaps I'm just slow in coming around. The issue as I see it is one of rights v. privilege. Regarding cc carry, you need a license. As we all know, "A license is permission to do that which would otherwise be unlawful". Therefore, a Pa. license to carry is or must be a privilege. Why exersise a privilege when you can exersise a citizens right to bear arms, and I might add, "the state SHALL not question." That's my logic an I'm sticking to it. Respectfully,
