I can't believe I'm doing this, but here it is...

Fettuccine with Creamy Tomato & Italian Sausage Sauce (and my Colt Pony .380ACP)




The fixins...





The secret is having everything ready to work with ahead of time...





Shallots, garlic, hot Italian sausage, and whipping cream simmer while the tomatoes (and Pony) wait...





Mmmmm... smells SO good. Almost ready for the diced tomatoes...





A taste of Italy and some American steel...





Oh yeahhh... enter the diced tomatoes. Simmer away baby!





If you've ever wondered what a shallot is, that's one on the right...





Add the cooked fettuccine, stir to coat, and simmer a few more minutes...





That's MY plate! Back the fu¢k off!!!





Top with a little Parmesan cheese. ENJOY!!!
