    Thumbs up PSP/PICS rescinds illegal edict on AR-15 Receiver transfers (No more white form)

    Well, looky what just came in the mail today. It's my FFL newsletter from the PSP/PICS division...

    They finally admitted the obvious:



    And Greg and I were just creating a challenge to PSP/PICS. Oh, well, on to other projects I guess...

    So, this means that they're going to destroy all the copies of the paperwork in their non-registry of all the AR lowers that were sold during this period, right? RIGHT?

    Definitely not if people don't try and do something about it rather than bitching about it on the internet.
