    Default Tough Choice

I am stuck between a hard decision. I have been looking for a new tactical bolt action rifle. Right now I am down between the Remington 700 SPS, or the Savage 10FP Tactical with an HS stock. What I am wondering is how much difference there is between the two. All of the info I can find tells me that they are basically the same thing. What do you guys think is the best deal between the two of them?

Kind of like asking Coke or Pepsi. Both are very similar and both have followings that will say that they like theirs better. Both rifles should fit your needs.

The Remmy probably has more aftermarket parts, so if you thing that you will be upgrading the rifle the Remmy probably has the edge.

what about an FN Patrol Bolt Rifle (PBR)?
Guns don't kill people, it's mostly the bullets.

Have you seen the price on those? It is a little out of my price range. I considered a few and these are the two that I narrowed my choice down to.
